An individual authorized to manage an organization’s Dual Dash account, including managing users, creating scorecards, overseeing 1:1s, and accessing performance or behavioral data.
Customer:
The entity or organization that has contracted with Dual Dash for Services.
Employee or User:
An individual authorized to use Dual Dash by the Customer, including Managers, Team Members, Executives, or other roles within the organization.
Platform Data:
Any data or content submitted to the Services by you, other users, or administrators.Sensitive Data: Any demographic, behavioral, or psychological data including DISC, StrengthsFinder, or other personality assessments, 1:1 notes, and stress/sentiment feedback that may be linked to an individual.
You or Your:
Refers to any person accessing or using the Services, including Customers, Administrators, or Employees.
Use by Minors
The Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected personal information from a minor, we will delete that data. Please notify us at privacy@dualdash.com if you believe we have data from or about a minor.
Information We Collect
We collect information in the following categories:
1. Information You Provide
- Registration data: Name, email, password, role, company, and any profile photo or settings you provide.
- 1:1 and coaching entries: Content created or submitted by you in structured meetings, action plans, recognition notes, or feedback forms.
- Assessment & personality profile data: Optional data submitted based on DISC, StrengthsFinder, Enneagram, and other communication tools.
- Uploaded files: Files submitted by Administrators or Employees (e.g., KPIs, goal data, or HRIS rosters).
2. Information We Receive from Your Employer
- Your name, email, role/title, manager, team assignments, and demographic or location data.
- Organizational structure (e.g., department, store location, reporting lines).
- KPI benchmarks, job expectations, and role-specific performance metrics.
3. Usage and Device Data
- Log data (IP address, device type, browser, operating system).
- Time spent, features used, interactions with widgets or dashboards.
- Mobile device information if accessed via a mobile browser.
4. Cookies and Analytics
- We use cookies and similar technologies to:

For Employees and Managers:

For Administrators:
Manage account settings and permissions across the organization.Upload user rosters and performance data.Track system usage and effectiveness.View sentiment and performance data in aggregate or individual views, depending on permission levels.
Platform-Wide:
Operate, maintain, and improve the Services.Develop new tools and insights.Provide customer support.Ensure compliance with our Terms of Service.Respond to legal obligations or security threats.We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Aggregated and De-Identified Data
We may use your data (in a way that does not identify you personally) to:Improve benchmarks across industries.Create performance trend analyses.Develop new features and insights.Support research and platform optimization.This information is anonymized and cannot be linked back to you.
Data Retention
We retain Platform Data:As long as your organization remains an active customer.Until you or your employer request deletion of specific data.For a limited time after the end of a contract, to allow for data export or account transfer.Sensitive data such as 1:1 notes or stress responses may be retained per customer retention settings or until deleted by an authorized party.
Data Security
We take technical and organizational measures to safeguard your data:Encryption of data in transit and at rest.Role-based access controls and audit trails.Regular vulnerability scanning and third-party security reviews.Employee training and access limitations.Despite our efforts, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
